Board of Directors
Tami Barbeau - President: Tami was raised by a single mom who did what she could to provide and survive. She saw firsthand how hard it was for a family to overcome poverty and wanted to give back where she could once she moved to Atlanta. She received her degree from The University of Central Florida and began working in the healthcare industry in 2000. Tami immediately recognized inequality for minorities, basic unmet needs in her community and disparities all over the state. After using her basement from 2011 - 2016 to house homeless young adults and families in Norcross, she founded The Rescue Crew, Inc. with her husband Shaun in 2016.
Tami's motto is "Do what you can, where you can"

Shaun Barbeau - Vice President: Shaun helped to form The Rescue Crew in 2016 because he realized the need in their community. His upbringing and life experiences encouraged him to approach each person and family's situation individually while focusing on developing a solution to their struggles and ultimately rescuing futures. He and his wife have used their home and their basement as housing and transitional space for many people and families over the years. Shaun has acted in every role in the organization. He has a deep background spanning decades in fundraising for non-profit organizations as well as media and marketing. His objectives will include applying this expertise to help procure corporate and individual strategic partners to fully amplify all the immediate and long-term efforts of The Rescue Crew.
Danielle Bordonaro - Treasurer / Secretary: Danielle has been an executive administrative assistant for more than a decade. She is a mother to a 16 year old son and 13 year old twin daughters. Danielle is a native Floridian and she now lives with her husband and children near Austin, Texas which is one of the countries most homeless populated cities. She believes that a family like support system is critical in helping someone change their bad behaviors. Danielle enjoys going to concerts, Working-Out, and spending time with her family and friends when she is not working or volunteering.
Officers and Board Members
Lilli O'Neal is the proud wife of Fredrick O'Neal. She is also the loving mother of 3 young adults. Lilli have spent my life in the service industry, from nursing homes to Inn and Spa's to managing entire households. Most importantly I have spent a large amount of my life with my son's struggling in and out of jail and seeing no programs to help them function on the outside successfully. I am very blessed to be a part of The Rescue Crew. "What we think about we bring about"
