Thomas Pankratz - President & Executive Director: Tom's professional journey has given him the opportunity to work in a number of different fields including art and design, business development, sustainable energy, entertainment, investment, construction, and marketing. It is his dream to pool his experiences, resources and relationships to create possibilities for those less fortunate and ultimately reduce homelessness.
Shaun Barbeau - Vice President & Marketing: Shaun helped to form The Rescue Crew in 2016 because he realized the need in their community. He and his wife have used their home and their basement as housing and transitional space for many people and families over the years. Shaun has acted in every role in the organization. He has a deep background spanning decades in fundraising for non-profit organizations as well as media and marketing. His objectives will include applying this expertise to help procure corporate and individual strategic partners to fully amplify all the immediate and long-term efforts of The Rescue Crew.
Andrea Schell - Executive Board Member & Accounting Chair: Andrea has seen firsthand how mentoring, access to employment and financial support can help those in the community that are at risk of homelessness. Lilli O'Neal is the proud wife of Fredrick O'Neal. She is also the loving mother of 3 young adults. Lilli have spent my life in the service industry, from nursing homes to Inn and Spa's to managing entire households. Most importantly I have spent a large amount of my life with my son's struggling in and out of jail and seeing no programs to help them function on the outside successfully. I am very blessed to be a part of The Rescue Crew. "What we think about we bring about"
